The membership of the Region III Assembly shall consist of a Steering
Committee and a Regional Representative or an Alternate, for every fifteen (15)
groups or fraction thereof elected from the Intergroups within the geographical
boundaries of the Region.
Groups
which, because of geographic location, cannot join an Intergroup shall be
designated as “unaffiliated groups” by the Assembly and shall be entitled to a
single Representative and Alternate.
