The Communication Technology Secretary role now requires:

- Serve as liaison to the 3rd party handling website security, programming, and updating web content as well as any social media activities.
- Evaluate the current 3rd party website contract to ensure all specified improvements are completed
- Provide tech support for in person and virtual assemblies and coordinate paid or volunteer tech support during any hybrid assemblies.
- Coordinate Committee form distribution prior to assemblies.
